In case you have a change of heart and wish to return the product to us after few months or few years, we’ll happily exchange it for you or offer you a cash refund on the basis of the current market value of gold used in the product.

Gold Jewellery Exchange

For all types of Gold Jewellery purchased from us, you can exchange or refund to us at 100% market value of net gold weight used in that product (at prevailing market rate).

For all types of Gold Coins, 100% of the then prevailing market rate of gold.

Please note that no making charges will be refunded or exchanged for, under this policy.

Diamond Jewellery Exchange

For all types of Diamond Jewellery purchased from us, you can exchange with new diamond jewellery at 100% market value of net gold weight and 100 % diamond purchase value.

In case of cash refund for diamond jewellery we give you 100% value of your gold and we deduct 10% of your diamond purchase value. Please note that no making charges will be refunded or exchanged for, under this policy.
